Hi, I’m Tiffany.
I’m an Executive and Leadership Coach and former Software Engineer with 10+ years building and leading teams at Google and early- to mid-stage startups. I’ve founded startups, mentored founders, and coached leaders through burnout, high-growth chaos, and deep career change.
I built this practice because tactical advice without emotional insight doesn’t work. And emotional insight without strategic clarity doesn’t scale.
